Tiffany Halperin
Tiffany Halperin leads C2 Collaborative’s Arizona office, established in 2025, and brings decades of leadership experience across every phase of a project, from planning and conceptual design through construction completion. Grounded in the latest science of ecological systems and climate change, including urban heat mitigation strategies and modeling, she excels in tackling complex planning and design challenges. Her expertise in urban plantings, particularly in hot, dry climates, is complemented by a strong technical understanding of structural elements, hardscape design, and materials. She integrates these skills to shape the physical foundation for multi-use destinations, healthy environments, and community spaces—ranging in scale from intimate garden sanctuaries to regionally connected community landscapes.
