This neighborhood features some of the largest yards and best views within this master planned community. The goal was to design these yards to maximize this space, yet preserve the views of the valley below. We utilized raised patio areas as a way to achieve this goal and then took advantage of the large space to incorporate unique garden spaces, giving each home a separate identity. We did this through a mix of design styles and materials: some of the yards feature crisp clean modern materials, and others feature more traditional decorative elements. To take advantage of the views, we moved some of the social spaces to the rear of the yard, including the dining areas and fire pits. Featured elements include a raised fire pit and seating area in Plan 1, a large farm table for outdoor dining in Plan 2, and a long linear pool that highlights the large yard in Plan 3.
