C2 Collaborative Wins Big at the 2018 Awards

This years Pacific Coast Builders Conference was nothing short of spectacular. Each year the PCBC conference unites builders, developers, architects, and land planners both nation wide and international, for a multiple day trade show and competition. Over 800 of the top talents gather at the end of the conference for the "Gold Nugget Awards" which honors the creative achievements in architectural design and land use development. Winners of the Grand Award were announced on Thursday, June 28th in San Francisco, California.

C2 Collaborative is proud to announce that with six projects in the running, each in diverse categories, we have taken home FOUR Grand Awards. We are incredibly honored and humbled to be recognized by PCBC as well as to be part of an industry flooded with such innovative talent. Congratulations to all the other winners and everyone that participated in this years event! We can't wait to see you all next year!

Without further adieu, we are beyond excited to share that Coral Canyon at Crystal Cove was awarded both "Residential Detached Residential Collection of the Year" AND "Best Single Family Detached Home- Over 4,500 sq.ft". Perched on the upper Northeast point of the Crystal Cove community, Coral Canyon offers panoramic views of the stunning coastal hillside as well as the breathtaking Pacific Ocean to the west.

Mountain Shadows, a pioneer in the residential community of Paradise Valley, AZ, was honored with the Grand Award "Best Multi-Family Housing Community- under 15 du/acre" as well as "Best Single Family Detached Home- 3,000 to 3,499 sq.ft.". This resort style community consists of residences at the Mountain Shadows resort and offers homeowners full access to resort amenities including golf, health and wellness facilities, hiking trails and dining. As if the resort luxury wasn't a big enough perk, the community resides among the foothills of the iconic Camelback Mountain Range and hosts outdoor living spaces that take advantage of the surrounding mountain and desert views.
