The Nakase Property master-planned community spans 122 acres and proposes to include development of residential uses, an elementary school site, and over 25 acres of parks, open space, and habitat restoration area.

The development encompasses up to 675 single-family homes arranged in two- and three-story configurations contained in five distinct neighborhoods, up to 101 rental senior affordable units with two three-story elevator-accessed buildings with surface parking and amenities, a public elementary school site, which accommodates up to 1,000 students from Kindergarten through sixth grade and located on the northwestern portion of the proposed project site at the corner of Bake Parkway and Rancho Parkway, approximately 12 acres of parks including amenities such as dog parks, soccer fields, basketball courts, pickleball, volleyball, tot lots, etc, and 10.4 acres of open space habitat and restoration area bordering the Serrano Creek, as well as trails connecting the neighborhood to the Serrano Creek regional trails system.
