Located in Shuangliu county south of Chengdu, the project covers an area of 660 acres of which 45 acres will be developed.  To build a high quality international community and to introduce a typical American-style housing to the market, Chengdu Wide Horizon is using the professional services from seven American firms for master planning, architecture/structure designs, landscape and interior designs.

With the advantage of hilly land, the project is designed to be a high-class international community, consisting of an eighteen-hole golf course, including a golf club, public driving range and putting green and associated practice structure, a community of single-family detached houses around the golf course, hotel and schools covering grades 1-12, apartment district, business district, commercial districts, public and sports facilities including community club, swimming pool, and tennis courts.
