The Al Houara Coastal Resort is located on a 234ha (578-acre) oceanfront site on the Atlantic coast of Tangier.

The 270,000m2 development will be a mixed-use golf and beach resort including a 300-key hotel, 150-key resort and spa, apartments, beach and golf-view villas, a clubhouse, an 18-hole golf course, and various entertainment amenities.
